FRESH SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Physical Performance:
This includes measurements of strength, speed, endurance, agility, and overall fitness. It's about how effectively an athlete can use their body to meet the demands of their sport.

Technical Performance:
This relates to the skills and techniques specific to the sport. For example, in hockey, it would include skating, stickhandling, shooting, and passing.

Tactical Performance:
This involves understanding and implementing game strategies. It includes decision-making, positioning, and teamwork during a game.

Mental Performance:
This addresses the psychological aspects, like focus, motivation, confidence, and handling pressure.

Social and Emotional Performance:
This pertains to how athletes interact with teammates, coaches, and opponents, as well as their emotional resilience and sportsmanship.

Performance Metrics:
Coaches and trainers track performance metrics to assess progress and set goals. Metrics can be quantitative (such as times and scores) or qualitative (such as coach and peer assessments)
