Group Training
Training in a group of like minded individuals working together towards a common goal of improving their athletic performance to better themselves in the sport of hockey. We provide Age group related training aswell as Team based training.

Custom Programs
A custom program just for you. Built in 2 week (6 to 12 weeks) intervals with customization based on the athlete. The athlete's age, goals, athletic performance, strengths and weaknesses are all taken into consideration when designing a program.

Online Coaching
Need someone to keep you accountable towards your goals? Or just not sure where to start and need someone to talk to? Online coaching will allow the athlete to seek guidance and stay motivated. Zoom calls available to discuss training programs and provide check-ins on a regular basis.
