Competitive Contact is an important part of hockey at all ages. Let our coaches show you how to properly make and receive body contact. 14U and up age groups will be shown proper technique for Body Checking. All ages will review how to safely accept body contact and proper angling techniques. Session includes 30mins dryland and 60mins on ice training.
